Can I modify my order once it's been placed?
If you would like to modify your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. However, once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will be unable to modify your order.
If an item is sold out, will it be available for purchase again?
We have a handful of prints that we try to carry over to multiple seasons, however, most of our designs and styles per collection are limited to only that season. This is not to say we will never bring the print or style back, but it is less likely.
How do I find out when new styes are releasing?
You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our Newsletter or by following us on social media (Facebook/Instagram).
How do I apply my discount code to my order?
You can enter your discount code at checkout. There will be a 'Gift card and discount code' box during the checkout process where you will be able to input the code.
When will my order ship
Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact email@example.com. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
What is the item I received is not the item I ordered, or is damaged?
If the item you received was due to a mistake on our part, we will happily replace the item (if available)
Returns & Exchanges
Can I do an Exchange?
As long as the item is not a Final Sale item, we can facilitate the exchange. To ensure that you get the size or item(s) you would like to exchange for, please place a new order. This is the fastest and easiest way to guarantee your replacements. Your credit card will be charged for the new order. When we receive your returned merchandise your credit card will be refunded.
How do I return an item from my order?
Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for instructions. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached for exchange, or store credit. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Can I return Final Sale items?
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. For more details on our return policy, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
When will I see the refund on my credit card?
Once your return is received and processed, your card will be refunded. You will receive an email notification to confirm that you have been credited. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for credits to post to an account. If you do not see it, please contact your financial institution.
Fit & Sizing
How do I know what size will fit me best?
Please visit our Sizing Guide to view specific measurements of each manufacturer's size chart. We also include any notable call-outs in the product description of each item if there are any. If you have any other questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with finding your correct size.
How do I care for my shirt?
A washing instructions tag is swen onto the inside of every shirt by that shirts manufacturer. It is best to follow manufacturer's instructions.
